She called us back and after a reboot, everything 
is fine.

She cannot open up Microsoft Word documents, when 
she tries, the computer just beeps at her "error 
beep" but no error message comes up . She started 
to see these issues today.

She is available Monday mornings which is the 
best time to catch her.
