Sorry Joe -
This one got posted while I was out of the office.
 The WOU number was 20070123[Edit Inv], but I just sat down
at it and it printed just fine, so go ahead and
close the ticket for now.  It may have been a user
error or a profile issue rather than a computer issue.

Hi Lori,

The WOU # of 20060130[Edit Inv] is a monitor.  Do you have a WOU 
number for the machine?  Are you unable to print to all printers 
or just specific one(s)?  If specific printers, which ones?

When ever they try to print from this computer 
they get the message "Problem with current print 
setup".
