It was working when I got there.

Debbie unplugged her thin client and when she 
plugged it back in she got a gray screen with 
blank white toolbar. I advised her to hover her 
mouse over the top center of the screen and she 
should be able to x out of it, she has no cursor. 
She tried to unplug and plug back in (the mouse) 
but it did not work. This client is her student 
worker use station.
