The machine is fine. She doesn't know her password
or she doesn't have an account. I told her I would
call her back after 1pm today when she's
available. Her number is 88275.

Karen Waggoner called for Karen Willis (they both 
cannot log on the same machine) Either one of 
them can be the contact for the task. Karen 
Waggoner has a meeting at 11 and does not know 
how long it will go... so she is unavailable at 
that time.

Karen called again, 22974, wanting to know when 
someone could help. Did not give her an estimate. 
Told her I would notify techs there is work 
stoppage. They are unable to help people coming 
into their office until it is resolved.

When she and her coworker try to log on the the 
desktop computer they get error 
message: "netlogon (all one word) is unavailable"

I had her check network cable connection at 
machine and wall, still nothing.
