Good morning;
Our student worker was in today and the computer 
she uses in ED 143A is still not printing to the 
printer assigned to it. You can see a long list 
of print jobs in the print queue, but none of 
them are going to the printer. Everything is 
stalled (see attachment)- we can't delete the 
print jobs waiting in the print queue, but we can 
add more every time we try to print. We have this 
problem regardless of who logs in.
 
Can we please move this job to the top of the 
list? If we have the office downstairs we should 
to be able to print from it; my student workers 
are all having to take turns using the printer 
upstairs in our office and it is creating quite a 
problem.
 
The Job number is 22984 and the WOU no. on the 
computer is 20040692.

Done...they cut n paste had swapped Sped and Soc Science.

Not sure if Brad's coming in today but he or Brad
should probably check out the script when they get in.

Printer is still not showing up in the cue for 
her student worker

It turns out it is only ONE machine (20040692)for 
student worker/adjunct use in Ed 143A. Tech can 
come any time and get a key from Ed 220
