Joe modified the printer settings via ip. They are
all set.

The paper tray was not loaded into the printer
correctly.  I solved that issue, but the printer
prints to the wrong tray.  I will talk to Joe to
get that sorted out.

The printer is located in her office. This is the 
main printer for the whole office so they would 
like help ASAP.

It says load tray 1 but it has paper in the other 
tray. Now it stopped blinking and says SERVICE.
