She is using a Teaching Research laptop, when she 
tries to log in, nothing happens. It stalls and 
there is no error message. She has tried to 
reboot machine multiple times, and still nothing.

She told me that she is desperate and needs 
someone to look at it today, or she cannot leave 
campus.

She will be in her office until someone helps her.
