All of her drives are there under My COmputer, 
but when she clicks on one to open it, it gives 
an error message: "Configuration Information 
could not be read from domain controller. Access 
Denied." This happened when she first got here 
this morning, she rebooted and it started working 
for her, then it just now happened again and she 
got the same error message. She needs to be able 
to access her drives to do work.
