Stopped by Marlene let me in his office, and she 
logged on has him, Tested printing from the 
internet and word documents as well as test 
printing... every case worked fine...

One note that is missing is that I updated his
drivers the last time I was over there. They were
the newest ones from the interweb. I'm not sure
what else could be causing this...

Reopening task.
Problem reoccurred. This time there is no error 
message on printer or monitor. Print jobs don't 
go through at all. 

Times: still the same as before. In and out 
during day during business hours. Calling ahead 
best.

I closed task 23095 because this Service Request 
already existed. The last two memos is the info 
that should have been added to this SR instead of 
23095

prints, one job will fail to go through and then
sit in his queue. If he deletes it then the rest
will go through. I'll ask Brad wtf when he gets 
in.

Nov 6, 9:32 Memo:

I looked for an old task for his new printer and 
did not find it.

This moring he was printing fine, then jobs 
stopped coming out. He is printing Word docs. The 
printer icon on the toolbar has a question mark 
over it and it shows that 5 documents are 
pending. He said the printer "looks normal."

Times: he is in and out all day, but he is going 
to leave his door open for a tech.

I removed all the fobs from his queue and then it
would print. I'm not sure why it started fudging
them in the first place but he's printing fine now.

He said it was installed last wedensday but he is
unable to print. The printer is listed, he can
select it and choose to print to it, but
afterwards nothing happens, nothing is printed.
