It turned out pretty easy.
I had her log on and make sure type manager was
turned on and almost all of the fonts mapped. The
only fonts that did not show up, I could not find
in the layout they were using. I went over some of
the basics of the software with her and discussed
some of the ways she could work on a document with
Denise and share resources. I also checked with
Denise and will be putting in an official request
for Julie to have access to some of the PR Idrive
folders.

Julie,

Don't buy the fonts! Stewart Gilbert overheard me
discussing your font issue with a co-worker, and
explained to me that Adobe Type Manager requires
some finagling along with other Adobe software. He
can help you set that up better than I could, so
he would like to set-up a time to meet with you

Hi Julie,

The fonts should work for Mac or PC unless Adobe
has some something weird packaging them, which I
wouldn't be surprised by. Try the CD version and
see what happens. If you want to purchase fonts
you would use the purchase request system at
http://www.wou.edu/purchaserequest.

I reinstalled her Adobe software, since these are
all Adobe fonts, but that did not work. She said
she has issues with publications she receives from
Denise Visuanjo in PR and Sue Payton.

I will see what fonts they have and see where
Julie is compared to theirs.

I hate the Email button :(  anyways Julie is 
working on the Schedule of Classes and got the 
exsisting document from Sue Payton, but she is 
having trouble with missing fonts, we need to 
make sure she doesn't have them but they are just 
not showing up.  before she proceeds to "buy" 
them lets see what we can do to find them
