Skyler Gregory	Nov 05, 2007 05:23 PM	Strange problem. He couldn't move a .avi file from the external hd to the internal one like it was corrupted, but he could watch it all the way through. I'm guessing it had something to do with the compression that was used. Their laptop was stolen yesterday and it had the compression software on it. I reinstalled the software from installs$ drive and cut him loose. The original was 20 GB before compression so he's going to try compressing it again and hopefully that'll work for him. I'm closing the task and if that doesn't work he'll probably call us back.	Add Attachment
