Prof Warren called. He said that he got a message 
from Sklyer and was returning the call. He wanted 
to relay that he was able able to reset it but 
unplugging. Power button didn't have an affect on 
it. He normally can reset computers without an 
issue but with this computer he tried over and 
over the push and hold of the power button 
without affect.

He says the task can be closed, although it 
already reads as closed.

This morning I came in soon after Kyung created 
this task... I let him know how/when to call 
classroom support and about holding down the 
power button.

I'm closing and flagging under Joan. I can't reach
him since he's in class already.

He can not shut down the computer and he needs to 
use the computer for his classes today.
