stopped by no one home, at this point unless
Marilene has had no problems since Brad looked at
it we should RMA it back to HP.

but this time it was on Marilenes printer which is
the one they swapped... the problem followed the
printer.

brad stopped by reinstalled the driver and it is
working again...

I have been working with him about this. swapped
with another printer and its on a new port we will
see but his computer is a dell 4600 which only has
USB 1.1 this could be our problem.

Called, said Myron just left and it stopped 
working already. Hopes Myron can come back.

He called back stating that his printer is still 
not working. 

He mentions that the techs go over and fix it, 
but after a day or so it still gives him the 
same "error: error" message.

I talked to Marlene I think. Ken was out for the
rest of the day but she said that Myron came by
last night and 'fixed' the problem, again. Once
again, I'm closing the task. He'll call back if
it's still not fixed...

According to 23071, Myron was the last to touch
this. Aside from reinstalling the printer, again,
I don't know what else can be done.

Did upgrade after not hearing from anyone at UCS. 
That fixed it, but now it is not working...again. 
Office is open. He is trying to print off 
something ASAP to send off to the State.

I reinstalled the drivers for it several times. It
finally worked after I removed the printer under
hardware and then ran the driver install.

Same problem as yesterday. Sometimes when he
prints, one job will fail to go through and then
sit in his queue. If he deletes it then the rest
will go through. I'll ask Brad wtf when he gets in.

Times: he is in and out all day, but he is going 
to leave his door open for a tech.

I looked for an old task for his new printer and 
did not find it.

This moring he was printing fine, then jobs 
stopped coming out. He is printing Word docs. The 
printer icon on the toolbar has a question mark 
over it and it shows that 5 documents are 
pending. He said the printer "looks normal."
