This was a Duplicate task with 23088, But Courtney
was right to reopen it, however, after looking
into the situation it was both for the same
machine, Yes they were different student workers
and it was a different wou # (they called in the
monitor wou# for this one) and thus Skyler was
correct also I'm going to flag this under Joan as
an example of what to do.

[10:57:16 AM] UCS Service Request Desk says: Just 
got a call on Michele Price time task 23097. SHe 
said they got a message saying it was completed, 
but they haven't talked with anyone and it still 
does not work. It says task assigned to Skyler, 
but shows completed and there are no memos...

[10:59:03 AM] UCS Service Request Desk says: 
Ok... I see what happened. Skyler wrote a memo 
saying that it was a duplicate task, but it is 
not. It is a different user and and different wou 
number.

[11:00:02 AM] UCS Service Request Desk says:

This time Michele Price called and asked that 
this task be changed to high priority because 
they have big projects that her worker cannot 
work on.

She reiterated the problem and I informed her 
that it was in the notes.

When she tries to log on the machine/network she 
enters her User name, and when she presses enter 
she gets error message: TIme on computer and time 
on the network are different, contact 
administrator.

She is a student worker abd she has work stoppage 
until this is resolved.
