it to the newest version and it quit crashing.

She was crafting an email in yahoo and she 
repeatedly got an error message:

Error report. We are closing your connection. IE 
has encountered a problem with an add-on and

She has never had this problem before. She could 
not find FireFox on her machine. Dell.
