Student worker Kristin Johnson called this in. 
Desktop machine at station Ref #29 seems to be 
having trouble reading USB. She helped two 
different patrons one right after the other on 
the same machine and this is what happened:

Patron #1: when he tried to access his USB it 
asked him to log in. Kristin had never seen this 
before. They put the same USB into a different 
port on the same machine and it worked.

Patron #2 used the same computer and it would not 
read the jump drive at all. No error message. She 
sent him to try it on another computer and she 
was not sure if it worked on a different machine.
