that's unrelated. I told her how to make get to
Banner and how to make a shortcut on the desktop.
The errors, I told her, would need to be taken up
with someone on the Banner team. She said she had
already talked to Faye so I guess Brian or someone
else will be contacted. She said that she would
printscreen the error next time it happens. I'm
closing this task since she said that she would
contact them directly next time it happens.

find it to create one.
