print correctly now.

Myron asked her to call SRD with the message:
A tech sent a print job to her printer and it DID 
come out in color. When she goes on the ts she 
tried to print in color and it couldn't.

She is using a local printer over a terminal
server connection. I'm not sure how it gets the
drivers for that but it will only print in black
and white. It looks like the drivers it uses over
the remote connection are not the same as the ones
on the local computer. 

I skyped the techs.

I need help with my printer (20060514) printing 
in color with InDesign. It has something to do 
with the correct printer selection, output 
selection, etc. Whatever it is, it is not 
working. After about an hour of trying different 
things, I finally got our Laser Color printer, 
Tiny, to print the document in color. I think 
that this has to do with the Printer selection 
and available colors. If I select it as a 
Postscript (which it is not) it at least gives me 
the CMYK options but it prints pages and pages of 
gobbledeguck. If I select the printer as non-post 
script it only gives me RGB options. It prints 
the document but still in black and white. I am 
printing off of the terminal server which is 
where InDesign is.
 
In a word, HELP.
 
My computer is 20030618 and is in room 208 of the 
Cottage.
