I told her that it sounds like she needs wireless set up. I told her to contact Teresa at Telecom if she wants to get it set up. I'll close this task for now but she may call back saying that she was using a wired connection. If so, then this is a different problem entirely.	Add Attachment
Skyler Gregory	Nov 07, 2007 08:38 AM	Christian entered this into a different task on Oct. 26: She called us from the Library and she cannot get her macbook to access any page online, she gets to the wou wireless registration page when she tries. She is using Safari. She is at the library in room 107 until 4pm. then she will head to her office and head out for the weekend. Opened up this task because the task this memo was in was for the setup of the machine.	Add Attachment
