it was looking my documents "\\cougar\mydocuments"
and then it could not find "h:\" searched through
the registry found the IE favorites changed it
back to the %USERPROFILE%\Favorites and it
installed the software.

Located in NS 115B. When they try to install 
software, it will not do anything, it just 
searches for cougar and does not do anything.
