Cheryl is having trouble with outlook on her 
laptop. She said that Skyler helped her earlier 
Tues. Nov. 6 on this and it was fixed, but I 
didn't see anything in the tasklist. She took the 
laptop home and when she took it back to work it 
starting sending her the message to choose a 
profile again. April 2007 profile seems to work 
but doesnt have all of her saved email adresses.
