Completed. Many print jobs were backed up on the
color printer. Once I replaced the cartridge they
all came out- the first job that came out had the
dates Nov 5th and 6th. Maybe the printer gave the
error message for three days without attention?

Printer reads: replace magenta cartridge. I am on
my way to go pick one up from the closet.
