She wasn't selecting the printer she wanted.

She is trying to print "brouchurs from the 
internet" and the printer is not responding, she 
has not been able to print all day. The item she 
is trying to print is directly off a website.

Again, she is only available until 3pm, and is 
only here on Monday/Tuesday/Thursdays.
