Called, no answer. I remoted in, but the machine
with the provided WOU# was locked by David Olson,
so I left it alone.  Make sure WOU#s are correct.

There's no DVD codec if WMP won't play it.  Install CyberDVD etc.

He is trying to play a DVD on the Dell latitude 
laptop (an inconvenient truth)

He is available at his office next week 4-6pm 
monday, he could leave it overnight into tuesday 
as well.
