Has red kiosk screen, but cannot get into the ts 
he desires. He thinks perhaps the environment was 
changed (he was using ts4 for Programmer 
Environment). He was working when it suddenly 
froze, he disconnected power and has been unable 
to get back in since.

The screen just stays on the Menu. He is in his 
AD 202 office. He said last time this happened 
someone fixed it without even going to his office.
