They were able to get the printer setup, but had
questions about the display adjustment. They
wanted things to be larger, so I showed them how
to adjust screen resolution and we set it to
something suitable for him.

Called back. The main machine (200200564) is 
working fine now. The laptop is still having 
problems.

Lab top PE 31281VB everytime the labtop is unplug 
he is unable to go on. This happens every single 
time. THey need to take the computer to other 
places, so this is happening all the time.
The other problem is with the main computer the 
WOU # 200200564 When he came on the computer 
today it is not working. He unpluged everything 
and restarted it but nothing is working.  It has 
been fine all last week.
