I switched the chords for the monitors so that the
bigger one would be the main display even if the
settings reverted again. When I got there, the
larger monitor wasn't displaying so I turned it
back on in settings (The chord was a little loose
too). I reset the resolution and then restarted
and everything was fine. Then I logged her off and
back in and it was fine again. My only explanation
is that the chord for the monitor was loose and
Windows didn't detect it when she booted up.
Closing the task but I can't guarantee that this
is fixed forever...

She called back and was very very mad. SHe said 
she is not going to sit around while our techs 
dop something else. She cannot do any work she 
said and she WANTS someone to come over NOW. 
(That was pretty much word for word what she 
said) Good Luck with this one.

She was frustrated and not very nice on the phone.

Logs into computer and when she does her two-
monitor setting is lost. She has a large and 
small monitor setup and one is not showing 
anything at all even though power is on.
Little monitor is acting as default (her desktop 
shows on it), but she wants them both to work and 
for the large screen to be the primary display.
