She has more than one laptop at home and her 
personal laptop (not wou issue) DOES connect to 
wireless at home, but her WOU laptop DOES NOT.

I don't know why she said this, but she said she 
has it set to check wou email.

Last weekend she used the machine for WOU 
business at a hotel when she was working out of 
town and there was no problem getting wireless on 
this laptop when she was there.

She is wondering whether someone can look at her 
laptop (she thinks it's a problem with the 
machine).

Times:
Anytime today except 11-11:30am and 1:30-3
