Profile Issue.  Deleted old profiles, ran
ccleaner, gpupdate and only copied over her
desktop icons on the new profile.

She called back and said she is still having 
problems: her personal settings are gone and she 
is missing the I: She said Micheal Ellis helped 
her yesterday with her I:, but today it is 
missing again. She really needs help with this.

Julie said she already had a task for this (that 
currently would show as closed) from some weeks 
ago when she was having the same exact problem. 
She couldn't stay on the phone so I got the basic 
info and was going to search for the task. I did 
not find it...

This is what she did say:
"My problem is script host errors and not 
loading. TRIED REBOOTING. YESTERDAY REBOOTED AND 
THAT FIXED IT FOR ME, TODAY THAT DOES NOT WORK."

TIMES: Works the day shift, so anytime during 
business hours. Call before is best because she 
does not stay in one place all day and she 
doesn't want to waste a tech's time.
