Reopening task, same prob still. A staff member 
printed an excel s.sheet with the same problem as 
before Skyler fixed it remotely.

Nevermind, it had to be changed on the printer
itself. Tray 3 was set to Bond when it should have
been plain. I fixed that but Angie wasn't there
when I called. I left a vm saying if she still has
problems, to call us and we'll reopen the task.
Otherwise it's closed...

Wants paper to feed from tray three as default, 
but tray one is the default right now. In 
properties tried to change it, but can't because 
no rights to do so. Zippy Printer.

The wou numbers above are the numbers for the 
machines that need changing in the Office.
