Audrey-

Thank you for both coming over to fix the problem
and leaving/sending me a note.  The printer seems
to be working with no problems.  I have been
printing for the last hour and have had no issues.
 I think you have fixed it!  Again, thank you for
all of your help.  If you want me to do any
follow-up with you please let me know.

Hi Dianna,

I am sending you an email since you had stepped
out when I finished troubleshooting the issue.
Please try to print to the HP LaserJet printer and
let me know if the print is successful or not. If
not, then I will research the issue more from here
and schedule a time later in the week to
troubleshoot more.

It is a driver issue. The printer printed for me
as admin but then didn't when Dianna logged in. It
then wouldn't print for me as admin either. HP has
several drivers on their site, so I just started
trying each one. Dianna wanted the machine by 3:30
and had left the office for a few minutes when I
last was able to print to the machine. The printer
is an HP LaserJet P2015dn.

Called back user to see if she was trying to 
print in Banner, but she explained that she is 
unable to print anything.

Printing process all works normally with the 
exception of mechanical issues.

Printer in her office. Turned printer off/on, 
looked inside. Roller isn't picking up paper. 
Stange mechanical sounds as printer tries to pull 
paper through to print. WOU# listed is that of 
the printer.

Times: today till 4. Usually Business hours. Call 
ahead.
