Arne is back in town. Said Brad left a message 
asking him to call when he was available. Told 
Arne Brad was away from desk until later this 
afternoon and a memo would be added.

Said he will be in today.

I skyped the techs.

He called and wanted to speak with Joe or Brad. 
Skyped them, no response. No message.

We should confirm that wired is taking precedence....

Arne came to me asking about the status of a 
external video card order that was put in by Brad
(#3035)  it is still needing approval by Jion 
carey so as of yet it has not been ordered...he 
wanted to expedite the order of the cards because 
he needed to go over game film and could not 
because it was choppy...I told him that I did not 
believe that the external card would affect that 
as the laptop video(256MB Nvidia) card should be 
able to handle it without any issues...I told him 
I would discuss it with Brad since he put in the 
order, and after my discussion with Brad he 
confirmed that the usb video cards where not to 
help with choppy video quality but to nave laptop 
do a TRI display configuration...After talking 
with Arne Again I explained that the USB cards 
are not going to effect the video quality and 
asked him questions about when the video quality 
went bad and he said it started after the desktop 
he was using before laptop was taking to Frank 
Vanderburg/GFA Swap...I asked if he was using 
wired or wireless connection and he said wired I 
told him the connection speed was more likely an 
issue and not the laptop video card.  I told him 
I would put in a request to get it checked 
out...He is still pushing for the USB video card 
and keeps thinking that will be a miracle cure. 
Please checkout his video playback and how he is 
getting the video from the network...he did say 
video from the hard drive plays just fine
