Removed printer from list. Ran Ccleaner.
Restarted machine and added back printer. This
seems to have resolved the issue!

This appears to be a global issue in their office

Machine says the drivers aren't installed. I
removed printer from radar and re added it, but I
still get the message saying drivers are not
installed for the printer. They say this happened
right after installing windows updates. One
machine at the front desk did not run windows
updates and can still print to the printer.

Tami Laux called regarding printing issue in
department. Gave her the SR number (she knew it
was under Crystal's name). Just checking on
status.

They are unable to maintain current patient
records while they cannot print. While it is not
working the records are backing up (work load,
work stoppage).

There were computer updates today and all of the
machines in the Health Center that have since
been rebooted are having the same problem.

When user has print menu up, the "HC-Healthcenter
on radar" does not show on the drop-down menu for
printer options.

In Printers and Faxes there is an icon for the
specified printer. User trying to change default
printer to HC Printer results in error message:

Driver is not installed on this computer. Can't
print until installed. Need disk to install.

The specific computer she called on is located at
the front desk. But note again that it is all
computers in the department that have been
rebooted since today's updates.
