Joe said that they should be all set so I called
and left a vm for them to call back if that was
not the case. I'll close for now but they may call
back.

The printer is located in the bottom floor. It 
will not print any documents, mostly microsoft 
word documents that have been sent to the printer 
from different users/machines.
