This service request resulted in an order for a 
Windows license to be ordered for my IMAC. This 
was done from our end shortly after this date 
(Jan 6th). I'd like to know how long typically it 
takes to get a license and when I can expect to 
have my computer returned?

I told them they needed to get a power strip since
they didn't have one. They stole one from another
room and now everything is set up. 

Assigning under Brad for the server error on startup.

everything is setup. I'm delivering it now. It
still gets an error saying that "the server
couldn't be found". Brad said he would look into a
solution. It's because it puts mydocuments on the
menu bar on startup.

They are very anxious for this mac and having 
been calling Joanie and I for status...I'm not 
sure of an exact reason for the rush but Joanie 
may know.  Please contact Lisa and/or Roxanna 
with an idea of when you might be able to set 
this up
