He was able to login normally on another thin 
client in the building. Tried again to login on 
his and it worked.

when he tried to login to his thin client it 
froze on the window screen, said it was had an 
hourglass icon like it was loading, five minutes 
later he shut it down. It froze again when he 
tried to relog in halfway in the windows login. 
He is going to try another thin client and will 
call back with the results.
