The powersupply sitting in it on rails tests good
but the machine won't turn on. The one sitting on
top of it tests and bad and also does not work but
was in the machine before I moved it from Joe's
graveyard of computer things over to my desk.

Two different size monitors. WIll be used for 
termial server. This computer is located at his 
desk in ITC 008. Some licenses were moved around, 
so you probably need to check those before 
exchanging. He talked with Joe about all of this.
