The computer looks like everything has printed, 
but it actually does not. 
They need help ASAP because this is the only 
printer to print ID cards.

The printer is 20070393[Edit Inv] located behind the info 
desk in Werner. The printer acts like it is going 
to print, but then nothing happens. The printer 
looks like it is ready to print.
