The program is something special that they have. I
installed it off of its website and it seems to
work fine. 

Closing the task

I was over there for a separate task and she
caught me. She needed admin rights on another
machine also. I had to install Outlook. I'm not
sure why that wasn't on the image in the first
place. I'll have to check again on the access
part. She just said Access, so I assumed she meant
Microsoft Access. Now I see that she wants Student
Access. She isn't exactly tech savvy so she
probably doesn't know the difference. I'll just
run back over there and try to get that to work
for her too.
