Called and left a message asking for times
available. I also told her that we need her there
to do this.

Diane called back to say that she is in her
office and will be there until noon. If Diane is
contacted about someone coming when she is not
going to be in the office Diane can notify the
secretary to let people into her office to
address the issue.

Disregard last memo, sorry it transferred in
strangely.

SUMMARY:
What she said was confusing, but I think all she
needs is help with getting her email notification
to work again. Right now the icon on her toolbar
shows a red x through it. She says she is not
using Outlook.

DETAILS OF CONVERSATION:
While she was at home, the library login page
made her change her password. She reset her
password to the same one she had before. She
thinks that because of this, her password does
not work for her email. So I asked her if she can
get onto her network with her password and she
said no. So I had her use accountlookup and reset.

She called me back and said it did not resolve
issue. I confirmed that she couldn't get on
network and she said she COULD. Confused, I asked
if she could get into email. She said yes. She
said she has different pass for two accounts
(email and network?). She could not clearly
explain.

In the end she says: she can get into all
accounts with no problem, but when she "clicks
onto network she gets an error message about
notification aspect."
