Ran windows updates and ccleaner.  Printer still
wouldn't print.  He was having some profile issues
as well, so I created him a new one.  He is able
to print now.

Trying to print Word doc. Printer should be radar 
HU-manitee. Shows in printer options as default. 
Error on his screen says windows cannot print due 
to setup.

Printer reads as ready. He thinks it's a driver 
situation. Last able to print a week ago. Hasn't 
printed since last campus-wide update.
