Courtney Carlson	Dec 21, 2007 08:54 AM	New printer has been ordered and got delivered to UCS. Tricia Guy was informed of this and passed that information on to Sam. He wanted know why we have had the printer since Nov 21st without it being delivered. He was pretty upset about this. I apologized for his inconvenience and mentioned that was have recently been short staffed. I will Skype techs, but it is only Audry in right now. If she can't get to it today perhaps someone could get it delivered ASAP after the holiday.	Add Attachment
