Pulled all the plugs from the wall and from the
surge protector.  Plugged everything back and it
works.

Computer WOU# 20030818[Edit Inv]. He is sure it's plugged 
in correctly but the monitor is completely off 
and will not turn on. The orange standby light is 
also not on.
