I checked the printer. It sounds exactly like the
other printer. Granted, it is a little louder
while printing, but it just sounds like something
is vibrating.  It doesn't sound like something is
broken or gears are grinding. I removed both paper
trays and the fuser just to make sure nothing was
wrong there. Everything checks out.

I am setting this low priority since the printer
is functioning and the lab will be rather vacant
due to break time.

The printer name is wuclab.   Their are two 
identical printers.  One sounds just fine, the 
other (wuclab)sounds labored when it is running 
the paper through for printing.  At this point 
it is still working.  Just very loud.
