She called back and said it is working now and 
she wants to close the task for now. She thinks 
she may be ordering another one.

Making sounds at 2pm. Sounded like fan working 
overtime. Left office, returned and motior 
wouldn't work- black screen. Hard reboot 3:30 
would not even start. THe computer has a white 
light on, but not making any sound (like it 
usually does when turned on)

Office can let anybody in.
