They just called on this.  I guess things are 
really busy over there and having this up and 
running is a great need for them

there was a paper jam, and when an employee tried 
to access the rear panel they removed a piece of 
foil and the paper was shredded
some samples of the foil and the destroyed paper 
will also be waiting at the reference desk if 
that helps
