I replaced the battery and no error message came
up. She is good to go. I told her to call us
back again if the error message comes back up, so
I can take the machine back to UCS.

The battery warning/error is coming up again.
Brain told her to call in again if the issue
returned. I am reopening the task.

Unplugged her machine for a minute. Looks like
that took care of the issue. I told her to call
us back if the message comes back again so we can
replace the battery for her.
