Finally got her Outlook contacts list to import
properly.

I called earlier this week to let you know what I
need on my new computer (service request #23442),
but I figured you were out on holiday. I'm going
to be out until Jan 2, so I thought I'd let you
know in case you're in next week. In addition to
all the regular MS programs, these are the ones I
need:

Filemaker Pro
Adobe PDF creator
Mozilla
RealPlayer
QuickTime
DVD burning software
Skype
Google Earth

I want these, but I can add them if you don't have
time:
MSN messenger
iTunes
