We are going through old service requests and 
there is a task from back in November that 
says "No internet and none of the RA's in 
Heritage do either".  

I am sure this has been resolved but wanted to 
check with you first to make sure everything was 
going well.

working on it.  I set them to a static ip and it 
seems to work.  That's not a solution, just a 
clue

She has to disable and reconnect yesterday to get 
it working for a short time, but today she cannot 
do anything to get it working. This started last 
week.

She is located in Heritage on the first floor of 
the lobby. She said it has been like this all 
day. Both Micheal and John are gone today so she 
needs someone to help ASAP.
