I had her send it to me first.  I was able to open
the document and there wasn't anything suspicious
about it, so I gave her the OK to open it from her
machine.

Received a forward attachment from kristine
ferris. Kristine asked Debbie if she could open
the attachment. 

Debbie said when she tried opening it, it gave her
a message saying that if opened it could corrupt
other files and she said it was shown with a red "X"

Wants to know what she can do to open this
successfully.
